Love is universal.

Hi to all.

I am writing this on English to give everyone of my friends around the world the same chance of understanding my messages. Unfortunally writing in English excludes some of my Portuguese friends, but for them i already write many times many words they could understand and they know how much i love them.
Today is a special day. This is the last day of work. One time in the year i take two weeks in which i don’t want to see or work with computers. During the year i work maybe 10 hours a day with those evil machines (Muhahahaah), i am joking, i like computers, but it is too much time. To keep my sanity i need to get away from them for a period. And that is what i usually do on the week of my birthday.
My birthday is on the 15 August, in Portugal it is a national holiday, and it coincides with the summer and the period many people take holidays. Fortunally for me i never spend my birthday working. And i have great peaceful memories of that day. i remember some years ago being in Algarve, on the beach by sunset, walking on the water line, 8:00 PM and i received a greeting call from a dear friend. it touched me being far from home and still remembered from those i love.
This year i can’t go adventurous like i did on previous years. i have a beautiful young baby child to take care. it will be the first holidays i do with her. i can’t get into adventures, i am responsible for someone who needs loving care and stability. But still it will be wonderful. Like italians say “La Dolce vita”, just with my “bambinas”.
I have many responsibilities, but they all be the same when i return. “Work don’t spoils” as a ex-boss of me used to say.
For this two weeks i will take cellular, unfortunally it is a need, but only will accept calls i know won’t disturb my rest. And i want to receive birthday greetings. But i don’t think i will need computers. Maybe to discharge the card from the photo machine. But i can contract that in any store around there.
I will go to the movies. i love movies. i want to see all the blockbusters: “The Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Superman”…
I will be travelling through the north of Portugal. There are beautiful views on there. From Caminha to Bragança, passing by Peneda-Gerês. it is interior of Portugal, meaning no beach’s, but still many lagoons of blue water, on the valleys of the mountain. it is great and i barely can wait for it.
For you my friends i will be here again in two weeks, renewed, freshened, and ready for another full year of stress. if you want post a comment over here, i greatly enjoy your words. See you all… Hugs and kisses.
